Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customers may request cancellation before an order is processed or dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Please contact us with your order number.

If a paid order is cancelled, the full amount paid is refunded to the original payment method at the time of cancellation.

As our products are food items, we do not accept returns or arrange return pickups once an order has been delivered. Damaged, incorrect or missing items are resolved by a refund, or a replacement where available, as described below.

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, missing or materially different product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographs, videos or other information to verify the issue. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement or a refund for the affected item.

Refunds may be considered for orders cancelled before dispatch, damaged products, incorrect products, missing products, or other cases approved by Thamirabarani & Co. As our products are food products, opened, consumed or improperly stored products may not be eligible for return or refund, subject to applicable law.

Once approved, refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method. The time required to reflect the refund may depend on the customer's bank, card issuer, UPI provider or payment service provider — usually 5–7 working days.

Please provide your order number, name, registered phone number, description of the issue and photographs/videos where applicable.
